However, as with every custom service job, unexpected complications occasionally arise. For this reason, we offer outstanding warranties to protect your investment.

Customer Care Services:

Provide a direct contact to answer questions and concerns on jobs in progress

Educate customers on proper maintenance in order to keep warranties intact

Inspect customers concerns, if any, after install

Take photos and provide for manufacturer to justify a claim

File warranty claims for the customer with the manufacturers

Act as an advocate for the customer and follow the claim every step of the way

Supply all documents necessary to finalize claim

Assist in product selection for a free replacement
