About Ron:
Ron is a true people person. He is a self-proclaimed “relational seller.” Ron is thoughtful, generous and a born teacher. He enjoys building relationships with his customers and has an earned reputation in the Sugarland/Stafford community for honesty and integrity. I like working for Roberts (since 2010) because I believe in their philosophy on business. We sell quality and customer service (at Roberts Carpet). I take pride in my job and in our showroom, and I like to see our customers complete and happy. My philosophy is to execute our business plan with respect to integrity, honesty, and quality.
What do you want your customers to know about you?
I’m honest. I’ll tell it like it is and I will do my best for them. I think my customers know that. They refer me. I will not steer them wrong. Just the facts here! My mission is to do my best to provide legendary customer service. I do my best to educate my clients as to the best products to meet their needs and desires.
Money is no object, what floors do you put in your house?
I am a bit old school. I do love high quality wood floors (engineered) and love the look of a quality oil finish. I also prefer nice, thick, high-end, textured, plush carpet with great stain warranties such as 6.6 nylon or SmartStrand products.
