Quorum is your local source for hard-to-find exotic lumbers from around the world. We specialize in custom sand and finish jobs on unfinished hardwood flooring. You dream it, we’ll make it happen.

We also work with a limited number of pre-finished hardwood flooring brands that are disrupting the industry with their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

We are your one-stop shop for flooring. As a branch of Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors, we also have access to all of the products carried by RC&FF, including carpet and tile. Furthermore, RC&FF’s special, exclusive upgrades on carpet warranties extend to Quorum customers as well.

Quorum services builders, interior designers, general contractors, and developers. Customers will work directly with one of our partners, industry leaders David Bobst and Frank Saltzman.

Frank Saltzman

Frank is a native Houstonian. He attended Stratford High School and is an alum of the University of Texas in Austin, where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. Before co-founding Quorum in 2009, Frank worked for Readers as the National Wholesale Product Manager. He developed a continually growing appreciation for the intricacies involved in custom hardwood flooring production. When working with Frank, you can expect a unique experience, catered to the customer’s aesthetic and vision.

David Bobst

The son of a military officer, David grew up in Virginia Beach. He received his degree in Business from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. David moved to Houston in 1989 to work with his uncle in a small family floor covering business. During this time, he also worked in stone fabrication. This combination of experience afforded David a well-rounded education and respect for all floor covering categories. As a co-founder of Quorum, David specializes in top-of-the-line tile and fabricated stone, in addition to hardwood and carpet.
